Description
Hilo Bay Front. The sand is blackish mixed with some sugarcane residue. The water here is not clear partly due because of the boats in the area and the rivers that empties out to the bay. The bay is funnel shaped with a length similar to that of a Tsunami Tidal wave wavelength. When Tidal Waves do hit Hilo Bay, the wave action will increase and strengthen to even greater heights because of the physical shape and size of Hilo Bay. But for now while everything is peaceful, we paddle and race our canoes. Aloha and thank you for viewing.
