You have actually captured what many miss when they model heads and alikes. She focuses her eyes at the spectator which helps with the warmth in the image. Often images become cold and unnatural even with realistic looking textures and modeling, they lack the natural relax. You could work on the skin texture, its a little bit too perfect and smooth, if she wasn't intended as a supermodel that is. Keep up the great work!
