it was crumpled and embosed, but unfortunatelly customer didnt like it..

I don't know what they're talking about. My paper wasn't all jacked up after writing on it. The cup looks off to me not the paper.

Regardless of what everyone else thinks, including the customer, I think this is top quality art work. Well done and keep up the great standard.

It is beyond my comprehension what they are discussing. After I doodle baseball had finished writing on my page, it did not become jacked up. Rather than the paper, the cup seems to be off to me.
