Description

Here is a small drawing, to make the cards of the end of year. I modelled objects, as candlesticks, candles, plate of biscuits and the ball of Christmas, with "Silo 1.3". The scene and its render were produced by "Vue 4". The flames of candles are a mixture of volumetric material, gleaming material and source of punctual light. The fourth punctual light adjusts the global lighting. The woman comes to "Poser 5 ", obviously... Not post processing. For the gourmands, biscuits are stars in the cinnamon...

Very romantic - outstanding light and work on models. One suggestion is candle light is very soft shadowed and the sharp shadow lines on her are distracting; down side is the render time is going to go way up!

Thank you for this comment, the light of candles is a difficult subject. It's true, I have to perfect her still. I did not think of the sweetness of this one. I like, the constructive comments. Friendly PhG.

I agree with the comments on the candle light shadows needing to be softer. Perhaps you also might try turning off shadows on all but one light to prevent multiple shadows overlapping and simplifying it to cut down on some render time using ultra to obtain the soft shadows. Just a thought. Very good concept.

You created a beautiful mood. Colors, lights and the expression on her face makes this a very warmhearted scene.
