Description

Thank you all for your kind and supportive comments on my picture yesterday. This shot was taken from the same breakwater. The wind was gusting over 60 mph, (very difficult to stand), and with so much force, it was lifting the wet sand from the beach. I was wearing safety glasses and a hood, and I was still digging sand out of my eyes and ears the rest of the day. Thanks for making me feel the shots were worth it! Also... Thank you, Kevin (inkev1961) for coming up with such a descriptive title.

Powerful scene and really captures and exhibits the power of mother nature and give an intense feeling. I can almost hear the roar and feel the mist blowing upon my face! I remember when I was young and went to Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach, NC, and standing near the ocean there while a storm was approaching. Excellent photography and thanks for sharing, You really capture some super scenes Excellent & V
