looks a bit confusing. the image has a strict symmetry, but the reflecion of the sphere is asymmetric. dificult to imagine. although a great image. nice blue-yellow-contrast.

I do not agree with taurus - the symmetry is there in the sphere just a bit offset due to the curving of the shape. Which it does in reality too. Great picture ! .... Awesome Job !

Beautiful abstract work, Tracey. There is clearly a central symmetry in the image, but there is also asymmetry which I find enhancing. As to the "asymmetric reflection of the sphere", I would have to judge that given the position of the light source, we are not seing a reflection of the sphere in the water (viz. it would most likely be behind the sphere and just out of sight), so what is being reflected is some asymmetric portion of the form toward which the ball is hurtling and which is obscured from view by the ball. I don't think that's a particularly big stretch. So, in short, I think you've made a gorgeously endowed image with beautiful colours and that marvelous characteristic of being thought provoking. Outstanding and intriguing!
