For more than 5000 years the Pax has been enforced in the Milky Way Galaxy and there have been no more Inter-Stellar Wars (and very little piracy.) No world shall rule another. Forbidden weapons may not be used. All sentient beings are equal in the eyes of the Pax. The Pax was created in response to a terrible series of InterStellar wars that left entire systems ravaged and whole species extinct. As time passed the Pax sphere of influence grew to encompass most of the Milky Way. Supported by a small tax from every member world, the power of the Pax forces is supreme. Very few worlds dare to break the peace. Those that do will soon get a visit from a Pax Brood Ship. All of the models were made in Wings, then textured and rendered in Bryce. There were a few irritating parts that I was going to fix in Post, but when the render was finished, I couldn't bring myself to touch it. So here it ... is As-Is.
