I agree, looks jus' like it was ripped from a comic book.you did a great job, cound't have done better myself-topnotch stuff.

I particularly like the tiny little lines between the two top panel -- very modern touch. In fact, the whole page is VERY modern. It looks like Marvel could actually learn a thing or two from you. I like the larger panel, but think the angle is a bit odd -- his head seems to get lost in his chest. Also, the sky is a bit overexposed in this panel, which normally isn't a bad thing, but here it competes with Spidy as being the central focus of theimage... Nevertheless, I LOVE the flag in the background, and the whole overall effect is really awesome!
