Your thumbnail looked beyond realistic but the bigger image shows you've got some shading problems. Like under the roof its dark then bright then dark again. Dito for the balconees which look to be floating. Did you use radiosity? And ...uhm, this is nit picking, but who are driving the cars?

Very well done. Maybe the town's been evacuated and that's why everything is empty? ;)

Try using radiosity or give some light from under too. The areas under the roof are never so dark. It is too obvious that you used soft shadows whith not too great accuracy

Yep I think here stay a shadow problem and probably a bit of work is needed on the texture too. The tree on the left can't have a so low branches if is so near from a street (min 4.5 m). Nice pov. Just for jocke: who drive the cars ?

The shadows look a little wierd, but everything else is photorealistic and awesome.

Do not use SHADOW maps for large outside lighting- Unless you push the Shadow map size up too at least 2048 x 2048, even then they still 'leak' Seen as though your sky is clear youu should be using hard (ray trace) or area shadows because of the clear sky. when it's cloudy light becomes more diffuse
