Description

Here's a pic my husband just sent me taken from the deck of his carrier, the USS Truman. Breathtaking, isn't it? I envy him sometimes when I look out my window onto my neighbors...but then again, if it wasn't for the sacrifices of my husband and his fellow military men and women, I wouldn't have the freedom to look out my window on a peaceful day in the suburbs, right? But I do miss him...sigh... Our military personel need to know how much we appreciate the freedoms they ensure for us. Thanks for viewing!

This is simply breathtaking! I am very thankful for all the men and women that have served (my daddy) and that are still serving! They are all heros in my eyes and heart!

A beautiful shot considering it is not in a place where most people would like to be yachting...I admire and am thanksful for all our men and women who are serving our country. I hope Dennis comes home to you soon.

Such an evocative picture ... as the son of a seaman killed at sea in WW2 I appreciate your sentiments exactly. Hope April hurries along!

It truly is such a breathtaking photo, and bless your husband and all those in the military with him who keep the country safe. May the time pass as quickly as possible so he's home.
