Description

Little Jennifer caught Santa redhanded coming down the chimney. Now if he could just get down after a long night of cookie consumption. From ShadowWind Manor, here's hoping you have a joyous Holiday and a Happy New Year. I also entered this in the The Eclectic Guild Christmas Contest. I usually do a card commission, which I still may do, but they don't allow actual Christmas elements in their cards, and this image has been floating in my head for the last couple of years. Can't believe this will be my fourth card and 100+ images later. Did this over the weekend, which I've given myself a bit more time on the computer. I guess I'm addicted to you all. Is there a Renderosity anonymous? I figure that I can either do something I enjoy, or let it beat me, and I'm not about to do that. Comments are always welcome. Thanks for looking and your continued support of my work. Vue4Pro/Photoshop/Painter The image is 98% Vue4Pro with just a bit of touchup and postwork in Photoshop/Painter. The tree almost killed my poor computer. For those that plan to use the tree (from Daz's Redhouse Christmas) in their renders in Vue, you may want to shut off the reflective properties as they will bring Vue to a halt. Think it's trying to calculate all that reflective garland. Oh oh, I hope hes not stuck in there (almost looks like it), but then again, he will get through (as always) ;O) And looks like as the little girl is seeing something she shouldnt, but then - some elfs will come across to give her some sleep so she cannot see how he will bring her presents shes waiting so anxiously for and she wished for. Another great image - dont want to say as usual, but it is like that! ;O) Great Work! Hope to see some more from you in the future now and I dont know if there is something like "Renderosity anonymous" but if it is, please tell me how I can join! g Have a nice christmas and a happy and healthy new year!

Very nicely done. It is interesting that the faster an artist's computer becomes, the more complex the rendering tackled until -- it is just as slow as before. But Christmas is coming... what a stocking stuffer ;O) Ho, ho, ho!

Wonderful work, love the scene, the dog looks like he is just waiting to eat Santa. Santa is the perfect fat intruder ho ho. wonder which one will get to the milk and cookies first. An adorable image. Excellent Christmas card.
