Description

This was done in PSP 7. I have an excellent picture of a lake, that is about 2 miles from my house. I used that picture as my guide for painting this. No tracing was done, it is all freehand with my mouse. With the exception of the weeds that are tubes I made and so are the birds and leaves, the rest was done using the spray paint and smudge tools in PSP. It was about 18 layers before I merged it all. Thank you for looking today and I hope you like this one. Have a great day!

I really like this. Wonderful work on the sky. The tubes were a perfect enhancement. :) very peaceful in it's entirety.

Super job Vikki! Nice feel to it. I would scatter weeds more, a bit too symetrical. Birds look like they are in motion! Again, super job! Dave :^)

I saw the photograph great but your painting impression of it is even better for me anyway! Yes a Wacom tablet is a must have for the work you do don't beg or borrow. Christmas is just around the corner I hope Santa will be good to you. "V"
