Description

How many of you artists have ever felt like this? I find myself glued to the computer quite often. Missed out on a lot of nice sunny days, great for outdoor activities, sitting in my little room in front of an LCD screen. When the power has failed, I realize you depentant I am to this machine. But its as much a slave to me as I am to it; pushing its capablities to the max, day and night without rest. Our combined efforts however realize the minds eye, creating the images we are compelled to make. So maybe with the way technology is heading, perhaps in my old age (crtly 22), the machine and I may become one and the same. Just a little something to think about :) All content of this image is made my me, the 'artist' and the surroundings modeled in Zbrush2. This scene was kept as simple as possable since the whole scene is about 10mil polys. :O TFV&C!

fantastic image! this is extremely unique and creative, especially since you modelled everything you used yourself...thoughts of this kind of evolution are not beyond the realm of possibility one day, I believe...sort of like the fusion of Pilot and Moya in the sci fi series Farscape...magnificent work! Very effective illustration of the risks of cristalisation of the human beings becoming more and more dependant on all the bots they get surrounded by. And don't forget the Big robotic systems behind the WEB controlling us in so many senses, the tons of satellites of the army around the globe above our heads doing their manipulations etc... We got to be aware before we become slaves eh eh! ;-)
