I saw a fish just like that in a Japanese park on my way to the Ghibli museum- it was enormous. My camera only caught the sky reflecting off of the water :( I was very disappointed. Looks like you got lucky!

Years ago, we used to visit Willow Grove Amusement Park near Phila., PA. They had a large lake for boating, and all the kids used to toss pieces of these caramelized popcorn wheels in to feed the fish. One time I threw in a complete wheel, they're about 4 inches in diameter, and everyone was stunned to see this huge mouth suddenly appear from the depths and engulf the entire thing! You've managed to capture a moment from my past! Thank you.

I wonder if they'll all get that big? I suppose so, that's a scary thought, you can lose a limb in there...dont fall in!!! Super capture of movement, and you really were there at the right time, amazing photo =)
