Description

As the season of goodwill approaches I had been Xmas shopping and stopped at a local Pub for a Pint of best..This guy struck a chord I wondered what he was thinking and what was on his mind like his bottle was his life half full or half empty? Those of us with friends and family are luckier than we know

Hello, Danny! I guess he thinks about the half full of life that he had, but now he's wondering about the life that still lies ahead...anyway, he's definetely "far far away"..exc. image!

The issue of loneliness really raises its head around the Christmas season. A sensitive and thought provoking post.

During this time of year, there are so many lonely ppl! My heart goes out to all of them!! However, sometimes ppl just like to get out & relax while thier other half is shopping. Its really hard to tell whats on his mind! Poor guy, I hope hes ok during this season!! Xcellent shot as always! V

It's a good thing to be reminded about the less fortunate among us. Even though we can not always help them, we can at least show interest in what goes on in them. Great capture with a whole different world inside its own, a world inside this man. Excellent!

Danny, this is a very touching and Emotional shot, the best shot always just happen, and can never be posed. The lighting and Atmosphere are perfect, and the look on his face is priceless ( you could read so many things into his thoughts ) Mate, only you could have pulled this off..........OUTSTANDING.......V..John

I've never had a local bar or pub to go to where I was accepted. It comes from not being an immigrant. No little to set the stage. The best I ever did was taking the crew of the HMS "Porpoise" out on the town and two years later a crew from Costa Rica picking up used IBM "Selectric" typewriters. Seems you take some getting used to.
