Description
This image was created in a 2D vector based artwork program called "Xara-X" (Zara X).
"Rustic" was part of a challenge (from another website) and we could only use the program "Xara-X". While I did okay, there are some truely inspiring artists out there, just like here. The challenge was to create the illusion of
rust. The only textute image used was for the backdrop, everything eles was created in Xara-X, even the fractal patterns on the license plate. I still have a hard time with creating the illusion of metal though, but overall, I'm pleased with the fnal result.
An area of concern for me was the weathering of the lettering on the plate. I'm really happy with the way that turned out. The issue I NOW see is the Registration Tags are not weathered enough, they are too clean. ...live and leaarn.
