i'm having trouble modelling this... the faces are messing up...is there a way to fix these "artifacts"?? modelled in Nendo demo...then exported to .obj

I don't really use bryce, but maybe try increasing the shadow map size so it will not cast shadows on the polygons. If that does not work, you might try to up the number of polygons to get a smoother look.Or as a last resort remodeling. (Good luck)

ditton on the increase of polygons: use the smoothing feature in bryce. in other words (though you probably know this)when you are looking at the model wireframe hit the little E on the tab.in the popup window increase the polygons by dragging the red bar up. then hit the smooth sphere. that should remove the faces pretty well!
