This image seems to be inhaling and exhaling. BTW I thought that introverts kept their mouth shut! LOL. I think I know where you are coming from.. Two sides of a personality expression choice... I'm seeing that more and more with my stuff too! Calm and gentle and then brassy and bold. Great journalling.... Ever since I got through the snails on the face pics of yours I knew I could face anything..... In and out... like the figures round the Town Hall clock.
