Rough day, have kind of an attitude towards the hubby's ex-wife due to comments made at a funeral today. This one was for me, lol.
Public Opinion poll time I think.. Would you list your husbands ex-wife's name in his mother's obituary if they'd been divorced for 10 years? Seems she had a little problem with being left out.. I think she's lucky he waited til we got home to tell me about it :P

I wouldn't, and I don't think my ex wife would want to be listed in anything to do with me. Hope you guys are doing OK now, I lost my mom about 3 years ago and know how you are feeling. Great image, this girl really has some bad attitude as well as some great looks and a big gun! Hugs to you.

Fabulous POV and the attitude is certainly mirrored in pose and expression! As for the obit notice--no, her name would not be mentioned, once divorced, even if only a few years. As to her expecting it, well, if they had been great friends and continued to be friends after the divorce from her son, then perhaps. But that's at the family's discretion...also, she could easily have placed her own obit memorial if she truly cared for the woman, mentioning only their own relationship. Yeah, I've dealt with this before...sigh...as to why arguments tend to develop over a death...who knows.
