Description

The crystal clear lake Eibsee (1000 m / 3280 ft above sea level) is situated near Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the bottom of the Zugspitze, Germany's highest peak (2964 m / 9724 ft). In the background you can see how the mountain massif Wettersteingebirge catching the clouds. (Photo taken with Canon EOS 300D, September 2004) Thanks for looking.

wow, beautiful compo here, love the way your eyes are automaticly pulled to the farrest viewpoint possible on top of the mountains! Excellent capture!
