Description
Here is a photo I took as I was leaving some canals in central Florida and boating out onto a lake. By the mouth of the canals there were some reeds and a white crane (egret?) doing some fishing. Here is the photo.
Now, I gave this the same treatment as the false infrared photo from the other day. (You can view the other photo here: "Buffalos In Infrared") It may seem a little blown out but that is the nature of the beast. It was a very bright day with no clouds and the bird was bright white against its darker surroundings. I'm not sure why it looks like it has an outline, but I expect that is from the infrared conversion process.
Thanks for viewing!

what an impressive capture and work on it! the water looks real, but the other places very effectful and unreal! outstanding glow and reflection on the plants and water in front! very well done! ;o)

Hey that's one gorgeous technique! Should give it a try, too! Excellently done, Kort! IMHO I would have cropped the upper part... shore and sky... but that's just a thought! A very beautiful image though!
