Description

Vue Render 6. Decided to sit down and do some serious studying today on lighting, so trawled the net for some vue tutorials. Whilst I think the resulting image has it's merits, I don't think it accurately portrays the migraine I got as a result of arsing about with spotlights for 6 hours ( and I ended up deleting them in a hissy fit of temper anyway ). I now know that the key lies within turning off shadows and minute parameter adjustments. Not to mention lots of cups of tea and sitting on the garden step and sulking. Still... at least I was happy with the way the plant turned out. Michelle P.S... No matter what material I used or lights added, the glasses always came out blue. Tips please..? Modified wall lamp by sptainton, all other items vue standard. Slight postwork on candle.

This turned out great, really like the light; for the blue glass, check the transparency and reflective settings for color fade out, that might be it.

From the thumb I hda the imression of a face, lights being the eyes and the glasses the nose area and the lighted table the rest, not sure if this was the intention but nice effect.
