Description

Well I was looking through some of my old pics and thought I would put one up. I took this one back at the end of August, one of my earlier photos with my camera. Its a Ruby-throated Hummingbirds (Archilochus colubris), the reason for no red on the throat,is that this is a female. She always seemed to run off the male anytime he would come to the feeder. Hope you enjoy.

You really froze the movement of the wings perfectly...which isnt easy seeing as Hummers beat their wings like a million times a minute!! Perfectly clear, excellent and impressive capture =)
