I fully agree..quite a dilemma as I also like both versions for different reasons each! :) The oldness that the yellow lights give and fits so much with the theme.. the white lights that give far more emphasis to the dramatic shadows that I love.. overall - a great piece of art no matter which one you choose! :)

The one of the right as the lighting on the face is more in tune with the brightness of the white cloth of his clothing. A super job as usual. Vote.

The right image skin tones are more realistic to the eye. The overall look is good, but the skin tones on the left are too yellow, giving the appearance of the character having Jaundice...go with the right image.

Okay it's a dilemma, the left one looks a little bit older, like an old painting. The right one looks fresher... but in fact both are really beautiful! Excellent job!!!

For drama's sake I'd go with the left one.

Personally I'd choose the one on the right side, it is more natural. Both are great, though.

First of all, an incredible render all around. I think the one on the right has better lighting. On the left, the shadows obliterate much of the left side of the face and arm, and make the eyes bulge out. All in all, though, it's a matter of personal taste, as you can see from the other comments. Fantastic work.
