Description

This image got the third place at the last TerraWorlds contest. While I think it has its qualities, I think that the terrain I chose for the work didn't do justice at all to the surface work. Thanks for viewing and commenting!!! BTW: I wish to expecially thank all of the people who on regular basis pass by my works, stops and comment!

Excellent surface work, terrain looks fine to me, espically at the lower heights. I think the clouds can be improved though, they look a little flat. The rest I can't complain about. I like the variety you are putting into your recent images, espically with the terrains.

I disagree! Super surface and terrain! Excellent sense of scale; the atmo is a bit pedestrian, but the rest of the pic is wonderful!

Agree with Eoin about the clouds. I like the view very much and especially love how the strata works here. It just crops up here and there, much like how real layers of rock peek out from the rubble on rocky cliffs. EXC.
