Description

Down the Mountain again, driving through the Etive Mor in Glencoe to its end Dubh Lochan. There I found another scenery. The hills looked more deserted, somehow like dunes. Impressive the blue color of the lochs here! They usually were grey, brown or almost black. And perhaps you notice, that the sunrays I captured here are going over the whole photography! ;o) Before I got to this place here I had a rest at a creek and had my first meeting with ticks on my leg! I really got panic and in the first moment I didn't know how to remove them. Then I remembered how to handle, also wondering about the color of the tick, because it was green metallic. I checked the bite every morning about 6 weeks long. Thanks for interest and all welcome comments! ;o)

Nice one Rita. I like the flash of the sun, its such a rarity in these parts! This is a lovely shot, I think these hills are "Blackmount" from the Ranoch moor? The whole area is studded with these little lochans and is quiet spetacular in the right light.

Wow, what a stunning photo. The lighting is just perfect, and the colors sublime. I'd love to be there, ticks and all! It almost looks like Bryce it is so perfect, yet the vegetation gives it away as a real photo. Super job! V
