Creative concept & impressively composed scene. Excellent detail work on the wall & the floating seaweed thingies & fog look great. The only VERY minor criticism I'd make is that the blue lights look like flat circles to me (particularly the two on the right that don't appear to be affected by the fog). I would suggest darkening them somewhat and/or changing the color. Of course, even if you agreed with me, I could understand that you'd be reluctant to re-render for 11 hours for such a trivial thing (though you could plop-render them pretty quickly)...
