Description


This is another Karoo landscape. This was taken from one of the chalets we were put in for the last night after having to strike camp in the middle of a flash flood. When we arrived at the chalet during the night we could hear he river flowing rapidly beside the house. As you can see, the following morning, all that was left of the river was a few puddles. The ground is so hard and dry the water does not get muh of a chance to soak in.
