Description
i went to sacred heart catholic grammer school and the girls wore these same uniforms..but if i remember correctly the skirts couldn't be above the knee..the nuns would actually make the girls kneel to check the length..
this image has no postwork except the frame..i got the soft lighting effect by filtering the image thru a ground plane(in poser) made of a frosted glass material i made(with the transparency rolled way down).also used a solid torus to direct the light..i am rather proud of finding this technique and will work to get it even better..i test rendered this at least 50 times.
i dedicate this to Sister Benadicta(you could imagine her nickname)for getting me thrown out of catholic school in 6th grade..because the first day i went to public school i met my Wife Eliane and we have been in love ever since...

Hey that's a great lighting trick! And it works out wonderfully. Both girl and bicycle look wonderful, and quite realistic. The Poser box is a funny addition, made me grin! Excellent work. And an excellent dedication too!

This is excellent work! I feel like I'm dating myself but... I, too, went to Catholic School for the first few years. Not only there, but public school as well, if your skirt was looking a bit too short, they would make you kneel and check the length. If your skirt was more than 3 inches above the knee you would be sent home to change. Back then there was no such thing as wearing long pants to school. And long hair.. THAT WAS TOTALLY OUT OF THE QUESTION FOR GUYS!!! Thanks for the memories!! HUgs!!!!

LOL OMG Bill I love you and your family! I lived in a Catholic Parish and got in trouble for drinking Holy Water..it was an accident LOL To this day.. Evil can't touch me LOL btw in private regular schools they made us girls do that too. a

Well, she looks fantastic-I love those glasses, but I can't think about Catholic Girls wothout thinking about the Zappa song!! LOL!! The quality of the render does look fantastic-once again the way you are always discovering new ways to create with these programs is such an inspiration to me!!! EXCELLENT!!!!
