This is a most particular picture to me. I cant explain why but I really think I captured something here... some friendship moving in the air. ohh yes! there is TRUST in the air and UNDERSTANDING with heart and feeling! that is what a frnd makes! and the room not dark, not bright lighted, gives the scene a cozy atmosphere and one can taste the TRUTH! ;o))))

Well it certainly doesn't suck. I quite like it... I like capturing people naturally and you've done that well. The two women are extremely attractive, relaxed and their conversation animated. The surroundings are colorful and intimate, the dof just subtle enough to include the flowers. IMHO a Superb shot.

La Belle Dame San Merci and Scherazade in mid yaada, yaada, yaada gesture, a desperate attempt to keep things moving along while secretly pondering something sinister. Hopefully the entre will soon arrive and dissipate the tension. Better to chow down on soup de jour than one another.

Just an example of everyday life...a pleasant meal with a friend...the topic of the conversation is probably lost forever but the moment is still frozen in time. I love the DOF here! Excellent portrait!
