Description
Another common bird on Maui. This is a
small white heron with yellowish legs
and bill. Immature birds have greenish
black legs and bill. This one must be
a bit immature still. They frequent cattle
pastures feeding on flies grasshoppers and
other insects. This cattle egret tucks in
its head and neck during flight, which is
slow and graceful. enjoy please...
