Description

I've just discovered PSP 7, actually. It's the first program I've ever used, and I am very much the beginner. Last night I learned how to use plug ins, and I've fallen in love with Flaming Pear's Flood. This was completely hand drawn, save for the filter and the lighthouse, which was a brush I simply stamped. Hope you like it. I must admit, I think it's pretty spiffy.

Thank you. I wish I could take credit for it, but that would be the neato dorito flood filter in action. I did the sky, though. That's worth a thumb's up, heh.
