Description

Do you know Girona (Spain) and his Flower Time Event? Girona is located not very far from Barcelona (Catalonia). Every year, in the middle of May, a Flower Time Event is organized. During that time (10 days) the old town is decorated with a lot of floral arrangements, everywhere, including public and private houses, churches, streets, buildings

This is marvellous, Chantal! What a charming courtyard and doorway! The old towns have a character of their own. You have captured it so beautifully. Thanks for the explanatory caption, which makes it so much more inetersting. It is amazing what those little cameras can do!

Such a gorgeous shot... it would be even without the flowers. The beautiful arched doorway, great wooden door, unique round window within the square frame, flower pot, cobblestones... how perfectly splendid.
