Description
This was created using Adobe Photoshop. I added color throughout the image(as if it you didn't noticed), replaced the rather bland background behind George with and image of mountans and sky and replaced certain features of the dollar with other patriotic images. I then went through and applied a flat transparant colors over the images to give them a painted look.

I am Canadian. Nice to see a colour other then green in your money now! =P I think you did a good job but I have one segestion. The images you added aren't made up of dots and lines like the rest of the bill. They are too soft and smooth. Maybe sharpen them up a bit if you can't turn them into lines some how.
