My name is Dorothea Beer-Kramer. I was born on 09 March, 1957 in Aachen / Germany. Many of the last years I lived and worked in Hessen near Frankfurt a. M. Painting and colours are fascinating me since my earliest childhood. It is hard to describbe, after peel and open you find two parts with a stone in the middle. The consistence is like a chestnut. It taste a little bit sour and mild sweet like a flouwer. It has many vitamines. If I test it first time I cant stop to eat it ;-)

This looks like fruit from another planet; very unusual. We have a market here in Phoenix called "AJ's" that has a lot of exotic produce - but I have never seen anything like this! Sounds good to eat. Very nice photograph Dotthy. May you have a wonder Christmas and a healthy and successful New Year!
