Heres another thing Ive been workin on to sell, tho I spose I should finish things before starting new ones (this crap is so addicting that pretty soon Im going to need a 12 step program - Who needs crack when u have renderosity??!?!) I have tried like hell to make mummies for pix via postworking in the past and they all came out like crap. Well, I quite accidentally stumbled upon this one.... playing with Eye Candy 5 (Its actually zebra striping made to be really small, which perfectly gave the impression of rotting mummy bandage) so last nite I was up til 4am making a V3 tex from it LOL The tex is added on in a way that I like to think of as "Peek a boo" meaning parts of her skin show, as if the wrapping had rotted away some. Im trying to make an extra tex to include that makes the flesh look... um... gross. She will also have a decomposed eye and a red eye. The lapis and gold eye of horus on her bandage/face was postworked in the pic, but I decided I like that too, so Im adding that onto an extra tex. And finally, today, I played with the fx figures again (I love those damn things... If u couldnt tell) only this time, I made them into flying scarabs which I also intend on including. I think theyre a little too pastelly here for dark egyptian malignance, so Im gonna play with them to see if I can make em look a bit creepier. Im also thinkin about doing some evil magic hieroglyphs with them... and locusts too... like a plague of them... swarming to eat yer flesh!!!! Yeah, Im one sick chick. hehee Happy Thursday to all... Is it me or do Thursdays always seem so dreadfully boring? Its like the day where everyone simultaneously decides to be reclusive.... cept us dorks, of course, who cant go one day without a computer. :giggles: Credits: Daz Treasures of Egypt (Braziers, columns and throne made really wide into an altar - scarabs postworked in) and Rulers of Egypt with Egyptian couture tex (Ebony - my fave) Daz Majik conforming fx figures made into scarabs (by me) with xtra sparklies done in Knoll flare. And a tiled floor also from some Daz pack, but u can barely see it coz its all dark and stuff. The fire props and Anubis are from somewhere, tho sadly I cannot recall. Curse of the Mummy for V3 (name subject to change), by me. The rest is Bryce by moi, which isnt much cept a wall I did with the head of Anubis on it.
