Description

Wandered through Muir Woods in California in summer. Between all the giant redwood trees I found this little scene. Made with a standard camera. Scanned the photo afterwards on a HP Scanjet. No postwork. Merry Christmas

Wonderful shot. Would make a good background for a fantasy story. I can imagine some adventurer going up that shallow stream so the ones that are tracking him lose his tracks. Excellent.

I have not seen Muir since I was young. Makes you think of our own staggering insignificance. In Vue? This is a great challenge.
