Description
All material matter decomposes...even space-age plastics and titanium....it's just a matter of time. Earthquakes can help to speed up this process, esp. in regards to works of architechure. Amazes me what's spared in some of the bigger disasters I hear about. Makes me wonder sometimes....Anyways, there was a good size earthquake here in Olympia a few years ago...I wonder if it has anything to do with the crack in the walkway here. Probably just rain and moss.

Makes one realize just how vunerable We are on this Planet of Ours....Yesterday....the Worlds largest Earthquake recorded for 2004, was 600 Miles South of New Zealand...no major damage...take care Dear Jeff...and have a wonderful Christmas ....Peace :]

Terrific textures... Never been in an earthquakje but I have heard they are weird occurrences to experience... natural / unnatural / almost supernatural.

Time takes it's toll on everything. Nothing lasts forever physically, but in your capture, you immortalize this wonderful design of nature :D Excellent shot !!!
