leaving behind nothing is the most lasting trail ever (as holes are the most perdurable marks in any excavation campaign) becoming void filled with emptyness is the highest aim of zen striving for it will meant to miss it all prizes are lost once your dead, poet laureate :))

Very thoughtful and insightful written piece. V It seems, lately, that people are being 'remembered' in our society for 'not so good' things??? WINK. Consider yourself 'fortunate'. What means 'something' to you should always, I repeat, always, be good enough, imho. Write on young lady, write on.

When I get in a mood like that I either go out for lunch, throw something or go shopping. ;) THEN I do some beadwork or gardening or anything to calm me. AFTER that, I just talk to the voices in my head ;) LOL Have a great day and as for the rejection letters....ya know what they say about 'if they can't take a joke'....that applies for senders of rejection letters, too. ;) They have issues. LOL

Lady the past is the past you can not change anything there,but it is what you do now that you have control over.I find myself living in the past on somethings (missing people who are no longer with me.If you are trying to do something right now and are getting turned away fight for it,I don't mean to knock a persons head off,but go to other places and keep trying DO NOT GIVE UP!!!If you give in they win and you lose.Be a fighter and make your self heard!!Exceelent way to express your feelings!!

Who am I to talk. But I'd kick myself if I didn't say anything. It's NEVER TOO LATE my dear. Even me with my life falling all around me I'm still hanging on...still hoping for brighter days. The more life kicks me down the more determine I am to overcome my circumstances. As long as we are still alive there is always hope, it's never too late. Don't give up on your dreams....you are a very talented writer.
