This is just a practice attempt of painting hair...strand by strand, (Which is why I named it what I did because I couldnt think of anything else). The character is Vali and Lory's Gift Devi. Incredible portrait work! Omgosh, the shading is so well defined and purposefully laid...excellent work with the hair.....wowy..would ya look at the expression?? Thats work baby! And well achieved! Excellent tribute to a friend! (= superb accomplishment!

Well, in my book, Mr MOOOW, is one of the very best artist's I've ever seen!!! I'm so amazed at his paintings, and at all of the various mediums and types of art he is capable of!!! You could not have anyone better to teach you, and it looks like you are learning fast-the detail in the hair is just fantastic!!! I love the beautiful movement in it, and the shadows look fantastic!!! A wonderful tribute-both of you should be very proud of this!!! EXCELLENT work!!!!
