Apophysis and Ultrafractal
I haven't played with Apophysis for a while so I thought I would take some holiday time and dig around in it.

Great tree! I love the way the last leaf is hanging...just barely attached. Thefoggy ground and the other tree just visible in the back really give a sense of depth.

Hi Keith. I like this one. The colours are very nice, and the composition is good too. I like the contrast provided by the leaves, but find the leaves fallen by the tree in the background distracting - they don't look obscured enough by the mist to me. Very nice work/play. :-)

I don't know how you do such awesome scenes with fractals. I am so jealous. This has got such a beautifully peaceful feel about it. It feels like the silence in the winter time. You have done this so wonderfully. Really a fine piece of work.
