Apophysis 2.02 This fractal i dedicate to H.R GIGER, my favourite artist and one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. Responsible for designing the alien from the movie "ALIEN", His biomechanical style has changed the art world forever, and influenced me in the construction of this picture.... His work can be viewed at his official site http://www.giger.com and if u have never heard of him i urge u to take a peak... Hope u all had a great xmas day with loved ones... Just 5 more sleeps till NEW YEAR woooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all who view and comment Andrew :)

Superb Gigerian-style abstract, Andrew - complex, dynamic, organic and warm, yet cold at the same time (though Giger would probably have made it a combo of wet metal, plastic and rubber - I like your choice of texturing better for this). Excellent work!

WAY cool image! Yep, a definit Giger vibe to it. This "wooly" type of flame has always been one of my favorites and you did a heckuva job arranging them. Excellence!
