Description
Here is a larger image of my APU. Tell me what you think on the texuring so far. Going for a grungy, grimey, rusty look.

Knuckle up!..;) the originals have a more machined-steel texture, but these could be surface units..(sorry, the movie's on about 8 times a day on the Premium channels..;) don't envy you doing the ammo belts..this would make a great model or mesh, though..keep it up..

really like your model- I think the texturing looks a little blotchy at the moment-have you tried www.deepshade.com?-they have a few good rusty metal ones-and once you get your lighting together it will look really good. keep em coming!

Hi looks good so far, think your arms are to weak though. this is an image i produced of a APU modeled from a real life 12" model i own http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=634456&Start=1&Artist=rubber%2Dchicken&ByArtist=Yes there is also some cool images on the matrix website of the APU, I think if you work on the texture a bit more, make it more used, scratches or dirt, a few bump maps. look forward to seeing your finished version.
