The design is very beautiful! I keep seeing gathered fabric along the edges of it, though the title suggests a different theme. In anycase, it's captivating work. I love the colors and the flow to it.

Nice image, Susanne - the fronds are beautifully renderd and colored. I agree with Snow Angel, it has a Victorian appearance with all that russet coloring and complexity. Your fronds even appear to be lightly swaying in the mild current. Very nice textures and lighting. IMHO I would like to see a counterpart image with a few more marine colors (blues and greens) around the periphery to add some contrast and reflect the reef's variety.

It is amazing this one has been a problemchild from day one .. it has had almost all colors so far LOL .. It was shining too much in the big thing in the middle .. it looked too busy .. it simply had all kinds of problems. No gradient could save it it seemed. So this has been an ongoing job the last 2-3 weeks. Finally I got it like this and was finally satisfied with it to upload it today. I did not throw it out .. as I still saw something in it .. just had a rough time making it right ! ... LOL !

Beautiful Coral, but I see more of nature in an edible way here! Red cabbage leaves uncurling from the mother stalk......oh zoozee this is wonderful to look at, and your choice of rich red velvet colors really adds an extra touch of beauty to this! *(=
