Description

How many lives has this hand taken? How many sacrifices and how much blood? To regain what was stolen And lift my people's face from the mud How many men have fallen? How many children slain and wives? How many dreams have we seen Ending on bloodied knives? We fought for one thing only We fought so we could be free But now the dream has ended Dead, is the only way to be =================================== i watched the movie Spartacus today and despite my recent withdrawl from the world of 3D graphics, i couldn't help it this time. i had to create, and this picture and this poem is what came out. whether they are good or bad makes little to no difference to me. it felt good to be simply able to bring forth the images that course through my mind once more. =================================== on the technical side, the guy is obviously the default poser dude, while the blade was created by me in lightwave based on a sword i saw in the relevant movie. the picture was rendered in lightwave and then put through minimal post-work in photoshop.
