Awesome XD! Very cool shape and beautiful colors/light. In the file section of the 2 XD lists, xenodreampix and xenodreamers (yahoogroups), you will find several excellent primers/how-to's by Bryan Smith (smithgiant), and Doug Harrington's tutorial is great, too: http://fractalarts.com/ASF/XDtut1.html I think you're doing great!

Very impressive work! Beautiful design and I like the detailed structure towards the middle veru much, combined with the bigger shapes. Coloring and background also great!

You've done an excellent job with this render! Nice clean shapes, and bold colors. Follow the tutorials that come with XD, and like Linda said, grab those files from Bryan Smith, and follow Doug's tutorial, too. And for heaven's sake, don't forget to play!!!!

I really like this, seriously cool, love the juxtapostition of big sculptural and the curly detail. I would love to have both a copy of the Xep to play with, and your colour .lux file for this one, its all my fave colours!
