His eyes are pretty good...although maybe have a tough too much specular for my taste. His hair is superb. Face morph maybe a bit heavy on his jaw (at the sides). Main light is low - lighting under his nose, but leaving the top of his nostrils a bit dark. Interesting side light (red?). Great render.
