Description
This is definately different from my usual style, but I thought I would try something new. UF3 for fractal PSP for border and sig. Thanks for looking and for the comments on my previous post. I hope everyone has a SAFE and Happy New Year!!

Very icey cold and crystal clear winter wonder, Tracey! The celebratory effects going on in the top half are superbly rendered; I love the multiplicity of forms and the sharpness of render. The water effects in the lower half are excellent; love the tidal/wake effect of the fractal shadow and the perspective it lends. Very creative and excellent art!
