Description
I love the idea of variations of a theme so when I first saw the special weapons Dalek I though it was amazing, to take something so iconic and change it to make it even nastier and more tank like.
With this in mind I set to work on modelling it but allowing my own ideas to creep in. Also being a big fan of the sixties Dalek Movies I thought it would be interesting to see how the SWD would look if it had been seen in that era.
The hardest part was getting the proportions right (still not happy). If you are interested in making a Special Weapons Dalek of your own then let me know and I'll pass on my research.

It's certainly coming along. I think the shoulders are a bit high though.

This looks like a battle version rather than the usual Dalek. This is a great concept. The mid height platform could be a little more discrete, maybe blended into the base a little more? But thats more down to personal taste, I guess.
