Description

Simone sits up in bed, bathed in light and song, momentarily forgetful of the nightmares that torture her troubled mind. She stares in wonder at the pulsing waves of brilliant white light that radiate across her room. And the music, oh the music. Haunting, tantalising, simultaneously distant yet achingly close, echoing through her mind like some treasured memory. It is the most beautiful sound she has ever heard. A voice penetrates the song, carried by the notes the way a bird is carried by the wind. The light dances and ripples with each syllable, driving the words into the very depths of her mind. "Why are you here?" the voice asks. "What are you hiding?" Simone says nothing, too engulfed in the spell. "Speak!" the voice says, agitated. "Why can't I read you? Tell me what you're hiding. Awesome expression, And that blanket looks incredibly realistic, that texture is really fantastic. Very good work on the brick wall too, maybe a bit too regular for old bricks, but new bricks would look exactly like this. The shadow effects in the seams between the stones are fantastic. And the story gets more and more intriguing. What is so special about Simone? Can't wait for the next installment! Excellent!!!
